1. Staff and students; we will NOT be reading the morning again

this week so we don’t disrupt the AP Testing going on through

this Friday.

2. Students; Spirit Week is coming up May 21^st-25^th. Stay tuned

because tomorrow we’ll be announcing what the daily dress

up themes will be and the fun activities that have been planned.

3. Link Crew needs you! We’re accepting applications for next

year’s Link Crew leaders. If you’re interested, please come pick

up an application from Mrs. Keller in the counseling center. They

must be turned in by this Friday, May 18^th. Please see Cathy Wright

if you have any questions.

4. News from Beyond CHS:

The Marine Recruiter will be visiting today during lunch.

Cleo Alvarez from Chemeketa Community College will be visiting

during Mentoring tomorrow to speak with students about opportunities

available there; including their EMT and Fire programs. Be sure to have

your Mentoring folder signed.

5. News from the Career Center:

Are you interested in doing some yard work for one of our neighbors?

If so, please contact Mrs. Keim for more details. They will pay $8.00

an hour and the work can be done after school or on the weekend.

Come meet some local businesses during lunch tomorrow in the forum

to see about ways to get internships, possible summer jobs and career requirement projects. Please talk with Mrs. Keim if you have any

questions.
